If you anticipate your child receiving their First Holy Communion at St. Therese Parish in the springtime shortly after Easter, you must provide the pastor here, no later than the last day of January
1. a certificate of your child's baptism (churches always keep records of baptisms)
2. a letter from your parish priest (if you are not a St. Therese parishioner), verifying that you attend and support your local parish church on Sunday's.
For Catholic children attending Public schools or Homeschooling:
If you anticipate your child receiving their First Holy Communion at St. Therese Parish in the springtime shortly after Easter, you must provide the pastor here, no later than the last day of January

2. Verification that you have completed at least two years of CCD/Faith Formation, the current year enrolled our present parish program.
